Organizational Philosophy/Values:

Our operation philosophy is based on the belief that greatness resides in each one of us, that children must be nurtured and taught not only at home, but also by a community of people that re concerned and prepared to meet their needs. The community must be the extended family without replacing the family. We believe that education is one of the essential keys to personal success and social responsibility. Our program is founded on the basic principle that if a child is provided with the proper educational tools, training and encouragement they will go Above and Beyond expectations.

Our Goals Are To:

• Provoke Behavioral Change and improved attitude toward learning and life
• To increase academic performance in reading, math, and other related areas of study
• Increase participation in enrichment and support activities
• An increased involvement by parents, community and family members
• To Provide Better use of Non-school hours and positive avenues for students during after school hours
• Provide students and families with life-long enrichment opportunities
